Dies can be manufactured from engineers drawings or even from customer's simple outline sketches where our technical expertise can be relied upon to provide accurate interpretations.
Dies for tubular extrusions are produced using a bridge and vented pin method. Inner profiles can be produced using wire and spark erosion techniques. Tubular extrusions can easily be manufactured with multi-pin assemblies to produce two or more chambers in the extrusion.
