Profiling & Engraving
Our facility of 7 C.N.C. profiling and engraving machines provides us with the resources to undertake all forms of routing and engraving of complex and intricate shapes. Our work is mainly the machining of a wide Varity of small functional components mostly in non-ferrous materials for which this process is ideally suited. In addition we also produce dials and nameplates.
We have the added facility to engrave on convex and concave surfaces in 3D. We can accommodate components that require chamfers and undercuts.
We routinely handle all non-ferrous materials. Acrylics, Traffolyte, Glass Fibre, Mica board, Tufnol also feature amongst the varied materials we are asked to process.
